Meriem Hathat

My Name is HATHAT Meriem I m from Algeria, I finished my studies in2017 with a Master’s degree in petroleum geology, In 2018 I joined Schlumberger as Testing Field Engineer trainee and I was transferred to Iraq, During the COVID pandemic I got transferred to UAE as Field Engineer/Jobs Coordinator.
Working in male dominated sector encouraged me to volunteer for women’s supporting groups and now I’m global leader for Connect women a Schlumberger internal group which aim to empower women and help them reach their full potential.
I wanted to join ALWIS because I wanted to do something with females from country as all my volunteering was abroad , I’m looking forward to learning from you and to sharing my knowledge and experience as well
